Q - Why is your pricing different from others I found on the web?

A. We are the one and only authorized distributor for Setwear products in Canada. As such, our prices reflect the costs of transit, duties and taxes. Dealers are free to sell at our MSRP or at any price they see fit to cover their costs. This would explain the slight difference one might find when surfing the net.

Q - Why is Setwear more expensive here than in the US?

A. Since Setwear products are imported for distribution in Canada, there are added expenses in transit, fuel and duties. Even though the Canadian and US dollars are at par, our costs aren't. Remember that if you take a lower price in US$, add the shipping, fuel surcharge, duties and taxes, you'll end up spending way more than you wanted ! We achieve lower end cost because we import large quantities of products.

Q - Who is authorized to issue a warranty replacement?

A. Should you experiment any issues with our products, be confident our warranty will cover your purchase. Blow outs and open stitches happen with all brands, and we will always replace defective products free of charge. Q - What's the shipping policy for online purchases?

A. All online purchases are shipped within 48 hours via Canada Post as registered parcel. Should you require your equipment urgently, call or write us to discuss faster shipping methods.

Q - Shipping and Handling fee? What for?

A. As we are a national distributor, our activities are more oriented towards business to business dealings. As we take the time to prepare individual orders, we perceive an additional amount to account for shipping fees and supply. To avoid those fees, you may simply buy from one of our dealers.
